Terms of Service

By using Cherished.pet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Cherished.pet provides AI-assisted pet memorial pages. You provide information about your pet; we generate a tribute and host a memorial page on your behalf.

Memorials require a one-time payment of $39. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once your memorial has been generated.

You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant Cherished.pet a license to display it on your memorial page.

We aim to keep memorial pages available indefinitely. In the event the service is discontinued, we will provide at least 90 days notice so you can preserve your content.

For every paid memorial published on our site, Cherished.pet makes a donation to a charitable organization chosen based on your pet. Donation amounts and recipients are at our discretion.

By creating a memorial, you grant Cherished.pet permission to share your pet's memorial page on our website and social media channels. If you would prefer your memorial not be shared, contact us at hello@cherished.pet and we will honor your request.

You may not use Cherished.pet to post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

Cherished.pet is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
